Yes! You can make a payment at anytime for any amount toward your trip online. Or, you can share our payment links and your account info for others to make payments towards your balance (what a great gift idea!).
To do so, please visit payment.dive50.net or make a payment via PayPal or Venmo to @Dive50
Be sure to include your last name or invoice number on all payments not made in association with an invoice / quarterly payment.
If you need to make other arrangements (cash / check / transfer), please let us know.
All amounts will be applied to your account within 7-10 business days, and you will receive an updated invoice after each payment.
What is the refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this deal, any payments made will also be non-refundable.
This is why we HIGHLY recommend getting travel insurance. Travel insurance may allow you to recoup some of your expenses if you need to cancel, or have any other interruptions before or during your trip.
Additionally, in the event you do cancel, you maybe able to sell your spot to another diver. We will need to approve all such transactions, there maybe fees attached, and we cannot guarantee a sale or any percentage of any credits or refunds received.
How do I get travel insurance?
There are a lot of different options for travel insurance. You can also get it in conjunction with your dive insurance as either a single trip or annual trip option.
We do recommend you reach out to our friend Leslie Rocha to help you navigate a single trip plan an annual plan purchase.

How long is the flight?
Direct flights from DFW will be about 14 hours. If we have to route through LAX, the long haul flight will be about 10 hours.
Be sure to dress comfy and warm for the plane, and bring anything you need to freshen up or overnight medications. Tessa is a big fan of compression socks too!
How does the airfare work?
Round Trip economy airfare to / from the United States is included in the price!
We have selected to leave out of DFW airport for a direct flight on Fiji airlines.
You will be responsible for getting to / from DFW in accordance with our ticketed times for Fiji airlines.
In the event that we cannot get a direct flight from DFW (cancellations or other unforeseen events), round trip airfare will be from LAX. In that case, you maybe responsible for getting to / from LAX in accordance with our ticketed times for Fiji airlines. We will not know those details until late 2026 / early 2027.
Can I upgrade my airline ticket?
It maybe possible. However, we cannot make those requests until close to time of departure. Any upgrades will be based on availability and airline policy.
There are no guarantees for seat assignments, upgrades, or preferences.
What if I don’t want the airfare?
You have the option to arrange your own airfare to / from Fiji.
You need to let us know if you do / don’t want the package with the airfare so we can confirm the price for you by May 1, 2026.
If you would like to extend your trip by staying in country, or visiting another, you must arrange your own airfare. Provided airfare only allows for round trip to/from the resort. If you do not arrive with the provided airfare, your return will be canceled. If you do not return with the provided airfare, you will be charged from the resort/Fiji Airlines for the difference of the FULL ROUND TRIP FARE at the time of returning departure and any other applicable fees. Depending on your visa / citizen status, not returning on your provided flight may effect your visa status in country, or when returning to the US.
If arranging your own airfare, you must also arrange to meet the group for transfer to the island resort. Those details will be available closer to departure.
If you miss group transfer to the resort, you will need to arrange, at your cost, transfer for arrival to the resort. Please note, private transfer to the resort will be an extra cost, and may result in days missed at the resort. In which case, there will be no refunds.
Additionally, once airfare is ticketed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. It can, however, have a name change, for a fee at the discretion of the airline, up to 10 days before departure.
Bag Fees
As of right now, airfare does include at least one checked bag (up to 50 pounds) and one small carryon item.
However, this may change between now and July of 2027. We won’t know for sure until our flight has the final tickets arranged. At that time we will confirm bag restrictions and have any excess bag fees charges available for you.
As of May 2025, published public rates for an extra bag from the US is $270 per item up to 66 pounds / 30kg, payable at the airport IF space is available. With group airfare, we may have a discount, we may not. Again, we will not be able to confirm prices until ticketed or closer to departure.
Gratuities?
Technically, there is not any gratuities in Fiji.
Their culture simply doesn’t have them. However, in the spirit of community, there is “Christmas Fund” that provides holiday parties and promotes community relations that most tourists donate or give their gratuities too.
Of course, if you feel someone has gone above and beyond and provided excellent service, you can tip them at your discretion.
What else is there to do at the resort or on the island? How much do they cost?
We have a whole list of included activities planned and there is even more available!
How do I get Wifi?
Wifi is available at the resort, but is NOT included in your package.
You can buy passes per day from the resort, or a week long package, For 2025, it is about $10 a day, or $100 a week for Wifi. Prices maybe different in 2027. Device and speed restrictions do apply.
